Rules/regulations

In order to maintain the welfare of the fish, to maintain the high standards of the fishery itself and to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all anglers, the following rules/regulations apply:-

1. A current Environment Agency rod licence is required to fish
   
   
2. No keep nets except during authorised matches
   
   
3. Barbless hooks only
   
   
4. Banned baits include:
   • Excessive groundbait
   • Paste
   • Pet food
   • Peanuts and Tigernuts
   • Boilies, bloodworm, joker
   • Trout pellets
     
     
5. Fishing only from platforms/pegs provided
   
   
6. No radios to be played when fishing
   
   
7. No dogs allowed around the fishery
   
   
8. No children under 14 to be left unsupervised and no moving pegs
   
   
9. All nets/equipment to be dipped in the disenfectant tanks prior to fishing
   
   
10. No stoves/cooking at the fishery
    
    
11. Litter MUST be placed in the bins provided
    
    
12. Keep noise levels to a minimum
    
    
13. Be aware of traffic travelling up/down the site road
    
    
14. All cars parked at owners risk

Matches

• Lake 1 and 2 are both available for match bookings
  
  
• Lake 1 has up to 22 pegs (more to be built soon) and lake 2 has up to 12 pegs.
  
  
• Peg fees are currently from £4 per peg (dependant on the number of anglers, day of the week, time of the year etc)
  
  
• 50% deposit is required to secure a booking (non-refundable), with the balance payable on the day of the match.
